Richard Miller

Richard joined the group as CFO in April 2012. A chartered accountant, he spent much of his career in corporate finance at PwC. Richard has supported management teams, companies and private equity houses on many acquisitions, disposal and re-financing across Europe. Under Richard’s stewardship the group has performed the initial MBO in 2011 followed by transitions to CVC Capital Partners in 2015 and Montagu Private Equity in 2018. Richard brings a wealth of commercial and transactional knowledge to the management team. Since 2014 he has led on eleven acquisitions into the group.
