Prior to WirelessCar, Sofia worked at SKF in various HR roles, including HR Expert Organizational & Leadership Development and HR Business Partner, where responsibilities included implementing HR processes to support business strategy. Earlier experience includes serving as an HR Generalist at Jeppesen, where collaboration with management on HR responsibilities was a focus, and as an HR Assistant at the Swedish Tax Office, responsible for recruitment administration. Sofia holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Development & Labour Relations from The University of Gothenburg, where studies encompassed psychology, sociology, and business economy.
