Sonia Martinez Pueyo has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Sonia started their career in 2000 as a Senior Global Compliance Services at PwC. During this time, they prepared financial statements for multinational subsidiaries and represented clients in tax inspections. Sonia also designed financial reports tailored to client needs. In 2007, Sonia joined Mango as an Internal Auditor, where they were responsible for the company's accounting review, internal audit training, periodic closures, and group consolidation. After eleven years at Mango, they worked as a Freelance professional in various roles from 2019. In 2020, they became the Finance Lead at WIRIS.
Sonia Martinez Pueyo completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management with a specialization in Accounting and Finance from the Universidad Autónoma de Barcelona from 1997 to 2000. In 2001 to 2003, they pursued a Master's degree in Financial and Accounting Management from IDEC. Sonia also obtained a postgraduate degree in Auditing from IDEC in 2009. In 2019, Sonia completed English language courses at EC English Language Centres Alumni in Dublin and at Kaplan International College London.
