Ashish Kapase is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in the design and development of heavy machinery and equipment. Currently serving as Assistant Manager R&D at WIRTGEN GROUP since May 2023, Ashish has previously held roles as a Senior Design Engineer and Design Engineer at ALTEN India and Microvision Tool Room Services, respectively. Ashish has successfully executed new product design projects from conceptualization to production release and has significant expertise in managing Engineering Change Orders. Additionally, Ashish has experience in designing fixtures and tools within the automotive sector and has contributed to education as a part-time lecturer. Ashish holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from Walchand Institute of Technology.
