Hilary Keatts is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management, communications, and community engagement. Currently serving as an Associate Project Manager at WISE Advise + Assist Team, Hilary manages a diverse portfolio of clients and oversees a multidisciplinary team. Hilary has also held leadership roles within the US Navy as the 2nd Vice President of Communications for the Naval Officer’s Spouses Club and as an Ombudsman, where valuable connections were forged between command and families. Previous experience includes Communications Director at Harvest Baptist Church of Blue Springs, leading brand strategy and outreach efforts, and serving as Crossroads Parish Council President during a significant rebranding campaign with the US Army. Hilary's commitment to community service is evident in various volunteer roles, including Family Readiness Group leader and Financial Peace University facilitator. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Waldorf University.
