Marta Williams has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Marta started their career at Provident Bank in 1991 as a Payroll Manager. In 1996, they joined Legg Mason as an HRIS Specialist. Following this, they joined Wise Consulting Associates in 1998 and held various roles throughout their tenure. Marta began as a Consultant, responsible for the implementation of HR/PR software, with a focus on project management, payroll, GL, and reporting. Marta then progressed to become the Director of UltiPro Consulting Services, managing the UltiPro practice for Wise Consulting. Currently, they hold the position of VP Client Services- UKG, where they lead the Ultimate Software Division of Wise Consulting, managing a team of consultants dedicated to providing support for the UltiPro product, powered by Ultimate Software. Their responsibilities include direct implementation and client-side implementation support, technology support services, BI report development and training, merger & acquisition support, HRIS support, post live support, as well as short and long-term payroll support.
Marta Williams attended Towson University from 1979 to 1983, where they did not receive a specific degree or specialize in a particular field of study. In May 2020, they obtained certification as a Smartsheet Product Certified User from Smartsheet.
