Steve Grem has over 20 years of experience as an HR Operations leader in global organizations. Steve currently serves as the President & CEO of Wise Consulting Associates, a 100% employee-owned ESOP specializing in HCM and WFM. Steve joined the company in 2016 as the Director of Operations before assuming their current role in 2018. Prior to that, they were the Director of HR Operations at Synagro Technologies in 2015 and held the position of VP, Special Projects at Ultimate Software from 2013 to 2015. Steve also served as the Vice President of Special Projects at AccelHR in 2013. Earlier in their career, they held positions at PHH Corporation as the VP of HR Operations from 2006 to 2013, at Cendant as the Director of HRTS from 2001 to 2006, and at Integrated Health Care Services as the Manager of HRIS from 1997 to 1999.
Steve Grem completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology from the University of Maryland Baltimore County. Steve attended the university from 1978 to 1987.
