Anastasiia Litvinenko

Anastasiia Litvinenko is currently a Guest Lecturer at TalTech – Tallinn University of Technology, where lectures focus on intellectual property and data protection as part of the "Legal Toolkit for Startups" course. Since April 2020, Anastasiia has served as Legal Team Lead at Wise, overseeing teams in intellectual property, legal requests, and assets recovery while managing direct and indirect reports and contributing to workforce management. Previous experience includes a role as Legal Counsel at Tartu University Legal Clinic, providing pro bono legal advice to EU startups, and serving as a Legal Assistant at Kachkin & Partners, where duties involved drafting legal documents and advising clients. Anastasiia's early career included a position as Legal Counsel & Team Lead at Saint Petersburg State University Legal Clinic, managing a team of legal counsel and winning a civil lawsuit. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Information Technology Law from the University of Tartu and a Bachelor's degree in Law from Saint Petersburg State University.
