Richa Dirani

Richa Dirani is an experienced talent acquisition and development leader with expertise in scaling organizational growth across the Asia Pacific region. Currently serving as the Head of Talent APAC at Wise since September 2018, Richa has played a pivotal role in growing the company from 50 to over 800 employees while supporting its IPO. Prior to this, Richa held the position of People Partner/HRBP at MoneySmart Group, contributing to the establishment of people processes and frameworks and enhancing employee engagement during onboarding. Richa's career also includes roles at Randstad as a Tech Consultant and at Webber Chase as a Consultant, focusing on recruiting for the fintech and trading sectors. Richa holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of Toronto and a Master's degree in Human Resource Management and Development from The University of Salford.
