Samim Erenel

Samim Erenel currently serves as the Group Head of Technology Risk at Wise, a role held since September 2024. Prior experience includes positions such as Director of Technology Risk at Monzo Bank from December 2022 to September 2024, and Senior Manager of Technology Risk Management at GoDaddy from July 2017 to December 2022. Samim held the position of Head of Technology Risk Management at KKB Kredi Kayıt Bürosu between June 2013 and July 2017, and worked as a Consultant in Risk Assurance Services at PwC from June 2011 to June 2013. Earlier in the career, Samim served as a Software Engineer at TINKON Group and Caretta, and completed a Software Engineer Internship at Ege Bilgi Yazılım. Educational qualifications include an MBA in International Business from EU Business School and a CTIS degree from Bilkent University, complemented by foundational education at the American Collegiate Institute.
