Ilja Nikolajev is an experienced Senior UX/UI and Product Designer with a career spanning from 2006 to the present. Currently serving as a Senior UX/UI Designer and Product Designer at Askend since May 2020, Ilja also founded Merun Oü in December 2018, focusing on customer-centric product design. Previous roles include Product Design Lead at Omniva, where mentorship and team leadership were key responsibilities, and Lead UI/UX Designer at Ridango, where Ilja managed scalable library components and developed user-friendly applications. Earlier experience includes positions at OPUSHERO, HEBS Digital, and DDB Estonia, encompassing a wide range of design tasks from web and UI/UX design to print and technical design.
