Ralph Fong

Ralph Fong serves as the Director of Finance at Supermicro since February 2025. Previously, Ralph held the position of Senior Manager of Investor Relations at Array Technologies from September 2024 to January 2025, where responsibilities included managing shareholder communications and developing quarterly earnings materials. Before that, Ralph was the Director of Investor Relations at ContextLogic Inc. from July 2022 to June 2024, overseeing interactions with the investment community and leading the quarterly earnings cycle. Ralph also served as Investor Relations Manager at Western Digital from November 2021 to July 2022, focusing on business performance research and crafting quarterly earnings materials. Ralph’s career in investor relations began at The Blueshirt Group as Director of Investor Relations from September 2013 to November 2021, guiding clients through IPO processes and developing investor messaging. Ralph Fong holds an MBA in Finance and Marketing Management from Santa Clara University and a BS in Electrical Engineering from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona.
