Lowell Foster

Lowell Foster is a seasoned aerospace professional with extensive experience in flight testing and certification engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Certification Engineer at Wisk since March 2022, Lowell previously held the position of Director of Global Innovation and Engineering at the General Aviation Manufacturers Association from May 2019 to February 2022. Lowell's career at the Federal Aviation Administration spanned nearly three decades, during which significant roles included Part 23 Rulemaking Project Lead and Flight Test Engineer in the Small Airplane Directorate. Earlier experience includes flight test engineering at Mooney Airplane Company, Inc. and the United States Air Force, where involvement with the F-16XL and F-16 avionics integration took place. Lowell Foster is an alumnus of Oklahoma State University.
