Stephen McCulloch has extensive experience in communications and marketing roles. Stephen is currently the Executive Director of Marketing and Communications at With You, a position they have held since 2022. Prior to this, they worked at the Good Governance Institute as the Director of Communications and Corporate Affairs from 2020 to 2022, and as the Director of Communications from 2020 to 2022.
Before joining the Good Governance Institute, McCulloch was the Head of Corporate Communications (Principal) at Ofwat from 2017 to 2020. Stephen also served as the Head of Internal Communications at both Great Ormond Street Hospital for Children NHS Foundation Trust from 2015 to 2017 and the Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust from 2014 to 2015.
McCulloch's earlier positions include Communications Manager at South London Commissioning Support Unit from 2013 to 2014, Communications Manager (interim) at NHS Southwark from 2012 to 2013, Senior Communications Officer at NHS South East London from 2011 to 2012, Communications Officer - Press Lead at South West London and St George's Mental Health NHS Trust from 2010 to 2011, and Communications Officer at NHS Berkshire East from 2009 to 2010.
From 2006 to 2009, Stephen McCulloch attended The Manchester Metropolitan University, studying Film and Media Studies. Stephen obtained a 2:1 degree in this field.
