Phil Huynh

Phil Huynh is a seasoned professional in customer success management with extensive experience in the financial services sector. Currently serving as a Senior Customer Success Manager at Clutch since July 2024, Phil manages relationships with mid to large-sized Credit Unions, focusing on project leadership, data analysis, and strategic planning. Prior to this role, Phil worked at TruStage as a Senior Engagement Manager, where 35 Credit Union clients were managed through data-driven insights and C-Level executive consultations. Phil's earlier experience includes serving as the Training, Quality, and Sales Manager at Point Loma Credit Union, where training programs were developed to enhance staff capabilities, and as a Business Training Consultant at Wells Fargo Bank, focusing on training and skill enhancement for team members.
