Jim Jowdy

Jim Jowdy is a seasoned software engineering manager with extensive experience in software development and leadership. Currently serving as the Software Engineering Manager at Persona since October 2022, Jim previously held roles at Square, Inc. as a Software Engineer from August 2011 to October 2022, where significant contributions included leading tech interviews and hiring panels. Prior experience includes working at Google as a Software Engineer, focusing on tools for resource management in data centers, and at Levanta, Inc. as a Staff Engineer, leading UI development and Java programming. Jim's career also spans roles at ZipSend, Inc., Credence Systems Corporation, and early contractor positions, all contributing to a robust foundation in software engineering and project management.
