Kelly de Mars

Kelly de Mars is a seasoned professional in customer success, currently serving as Manager of Customer Success at Persona since April 2021. Prior to this role, Kelly worked as a Customer Success Manager at Lifelink Systems from July 2018 to April 2021 and held the same position at Boost Healthcare Consulting from March 2017 to June 2018. Earlier experience includes roles as a Ski Instructor and Team Coach at Vail Resorts in 2014-2015, and as an Undergraduate Researcher and Teaching Assistant at Wesleyan University from 2012 to 2014, where Kelly developed procedures for synthesizing zinc (II) complexes and assisted in laboratory courses.
