Early career roles include senior HR management positions at Ferrosan A/S and Toms Gruppen A/S, where responsibilities encompassed strategic HR leadership, employee engagement, organizational compliance, and HRIS implementation. Lene also contributed to the establishment of new operations in multiple countries and played an integral role in managing various HR teams throughout the career.
