Jayne Jones

Jayne Jones is an experienced leader in talent acquisition and business development, currently serving as the Director of Talent Operations at Twill since March 2025. Previously, Jayne held the position of Vice President of Service Delivery at Bernard & Co. and served as an Associate Partner specializing in Technology at Talentfoot Executive Search and Staffing. With a strong background in technical recruiting, Jayne has successfully partnered with clients across various leadership roles. Notable accomplishments include leading initiatives at Hunt Club, where Jayne was instrumental in the establishment of its technical practice and achieved recognition as the highest-performing search manager. Earlier career experiences include roles in business development at Tri-Merit LLC and sales at Groupon and Daily Herald Media Group. Jayne earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology and Entrepreneurship from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
