Anna Yates has extensive experience in the field of electronic engineering and technology, with a focus on installation, maintenance, and upgrading of ATMs. Currently serving as a Service Technician at Wittenbach Business Systems since September 2020, Anna previously held positions such as Lead Field Service Engineer and Field Services Engineer at Nautilus Hyosung America, where responsibilities included setting up network configurations, troubleshooting, and upgrading ATM hardware and software. Earlier roles include Electronic Technician at Central Radio Company Inc., Strain Gage Technician at Sikorsky, and Electronic Engineering Technician at both Eagle Aviation Technology and Lockheed Martin, where Anna developed strong skills in wiring, testing, and troubleshooting various electronic systems.
