Denis Killa has extensive experience in the field of technology and service, currently serving as Team Leader for Northwest Pennsylvania and Ohio and Field Service Technician at Wittenbach Business Systems since December 2017. Previously, Denis was the Owner of Enchanting Video Productions, offering services in e-learning course design, video production, and media conversion since June 2003. From July 2010 to December 2017, Denis worked as a Field Service Specialist at Bank Equipment Consulting, specializing in alarm systems, cameras, and ATM services. Denis’s career began at Diebold Inc. in 1977, progressing to multiple roles, including Senior Instructional Designer, Senior Technical Instructor, and Product Service Engineer, and contributing significantly to e-learning design and customer service. Denis holds an Associate Degree in Electronic and Computer Technology as well as Mechanical Drafting from the Electronic Institute.
