Alan Mora

Alan Mora is an experienced professional with a strong background in engineering and operations management. Currently serving as NPI Assistant Manager and Senior Program Manager at Wiwynn since June 2019, Alan is responsible for overseeing Pilot Builds production and managing Engineering Changes. Prior experience includes roles as Operations Manager at Prema Automation, where responsibilities included production scheduling and customer engagement, and as Outsourcing Operations Engineer Americas at Philips Lighting, coordinating product transfers from Asia to North America. Alan's earlier career includes positions at Lear Corporation, focusing on product design and engineering change coordination, as well as project engineering. Alan began the professional journey as a Manufacturing Engineering Intern at GE Healthcare. Alan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechatronics Engineering from Tecnológico de Monterrey, obtained in 2015.
