Zohar Shachar

Zohar Shachar is an experienced professional in the field of application security and information security, currently serving as the Head of Application Security at Wix.com since March 2020 and as a Security Researcher for The Internet since November 2019. Prior to these roles, Zohar held multiple positions at Komodo Consulting from December 2012 to December 2019, including CTO, Tech Lead, and Information Security Consultant. Zohar's career began in the IDF 8200 unit from 2005 to 2008, where responsibilities included communication researcher, course commander, and system operator. Zohar holds a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from Tel Aviv University, completed between 2009 and 2013, and attended Thelma Yellin High School of the Arts from 2000 to 2004.
