Kat Morgan is an accomplished art professional with extensive experience in leadership and illustration. Currently serving as Art Manager at Wizards of the Coast since May 2023, Kat also operates as a Freelance Illustrator under the business name Kat Morgan Illu since October 2013, creating original artwork for various clients including Fortune 500 companies. Previously, Kat held multiple roles at Kalisher from April 2016 to May 2023, culminating as Studio Director, where responsibilities included managing an in-house team, overseeing project processes, and providing artistic mentorship. Additional experience includes art editing for Guernica Magazine, teaching visual arts at the Tennessee Arts Academy, and a background in graphic design and educational roles that span over a decade. Kat holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Illustration from the Savannah College of Art and Design.
