Madeline Rich has a diverse range of work experience in quality assurance and project management. Madeline started their career in 2012 as a QA Tester at Aditi Technologies, where they tested games and assessed their quality and functionality. In 2013, they joined Amazon as a Quality Assurance Engineer, responsible for verifying app functionality across multiple platforms and devices. Madeline continued to work at Amazon, holding various roles such as Quality Assurance Engineer and Quality Assurance Technician, until 2016. In 2015, they joined Lowe's Companies, Inc. as a Lead Quality Assurance Engineer, supporting developer teams and creating test cases. Madeline then worked at Amazon again as a Quality Assurance Engineer from 2016 to 2019, before joining Wizards of the Coast in 2019 as an Associate Project Manager.
Madeline Rich attended Juanita High School from 2006 to 2009, where they obtained a high school degree in 2009. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the ICAgile certification from the ICP institution in January 2016.
