Sarra Scherb has a diverse work experience in writing and creative roles. Sarra started in 2015 as a Freelance Writer for The Stranger and continued working as a Freelance Writer for Vanguard Seattle in 2016. From 2014 to 2018, they were the Lead Writer and Designer for WEAVE Magazine: Seattle Urban & Contemporary Art. In 2017, they worked as a Freelance Writer for ZINC contemporary, and from 2018 to 2019, they worked as a Freelance Writer for Unicorn Publishing Group. In 2019, they became a Game Master for Emerald City Game Masters Guild until 2020. Sarra then joined Wizards of the Coast as a Writer, where they are involved in writing, loremastering, DMing, and translating D&D into various mediums such as TV, film, publishing, and consumer products. In 2020, they also worked as a Freelance Writer for J. Rinehart Gallery. Prior to their writing career, they worked as an Independent Curator from 2012 to 2019 and as a Writer & Designer / Press & Promotional staff for Stonington Gallery from 2010 to 2020.
Sarra Scherb earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in History from the University of Washington, where they studied from 2003 to 2006. Following this, from 2010 to 2012, Sarra pursued a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Museology/Museum Studies, also at the University of Washington.
