Avalon F. possesses extensive experience in victim services and youth support, currently serving as a Victim Services and CYAC Advocate at the Victoria Child Abuse Prevention Counselling Centre and as a Victim Support Worker with Greater Victoria Police. Avalon also holds positions as a Residential Worker with WJS Canada, working with at-risk youth, and previously coordinated the Vancouver Island Community Corrections Volunteer Program at the John Howard Society of Victoria. With a strong foundation in criminal justice and youth justice, Avalon has engaged in various volunteer roles, including with the Victoria Police Department and Calgary Police Service. Currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Counselling and Psychology at Yorkville University, Avalon is dedicated to supporting vulnerable populations through professional and educational endeavors.
