Kristen Sivertz holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from The University of British Columbia and has a diverse background in legal and research roles. Since July 2018, Kristen has been serving as a Policy & Research Associate at WJS Canada. Previous positions include an Articling Student at Ecojustice Canada, a Document Controller at SNC-Lavalin, and various pro bono research assistant roles at organizations such as the Abortion Rights Coalition of Canada and The FREDA Centre for Research on Violence Against Women and Children. Kristen's educational journey includes an exchange program in Latin American Studies at Universidad de Belgrano and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Latin American Studies from Simon Fraser University.
