Christopher Mackey has extensive experience in media, technology, and customer support, with a career spanning several decades. Currently serving as a Media Prep Technician and Master Control at WKBW-TV since October 2018, Christopher has previously worked in various capacities including Technical Support Specialist at Asurion and Operations Supervisor at 5 Wits, where leadership and marketing efforts were key in creating engaging experiences for a diverse customer base. Additional roles include Visual Team at Williams-Sonoma, Customer Service Technical Support at Time Warner Cable, and Training Director at Ford Motor Company, where Christopher educated students on technology. Early career experiences include Systems Analyst at Northrop Grumman, Reporter at METRO TRAFFIC CONTROL, Sales and Marketing Manager at Tandy Corporation, and On-Air Personality at WNUC 107.7 FM. Christopher's educational background includes studies at Hilbert College and Erie Community College.
