Paul Knight is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategic innovation and operational leadership across various industries. Currently serving as the Strategic Innovation Champion (Director) at W. L. Gore & Associates, Paul focuses on developing strategic capabilities and driving digital transformation. Previously, as Chief Operating Officer at Spur Industries, Paul led sales, marketing, and operations, achieving sustainable growth through digital transformation initiatives. Paul has also owned and consulted for KnuBox, focusing on startup incubation and lean methodologies, and held key roles such as VP Sales & Engineering at Unicep Packaging, where management of significant revenue was achieved. Notable experiences also include executive positions at Telect and SprayCool, where Paul contributed to substantial revenue growth and product development.
