Ajay Patel is a multimedia journalist currently employed at WLEX-TV since July 2024, where responsibilities include pitching story ideas, shooting, editing, and writing field stories, along with daily web article contributions. Previous roles encompass camera operation for Temple University Athletics, serving as a special assistant to the chairman at USA Badminton Sports, and participating in various advisory and mentoring capacities at Temple University. Ajay has anchored and reported for OwlSports Update Productions, co-hosted a talk show for WHIP Radio, and completed an internship at NBCUniversal. Additionally, Ajay founded Unity Against Sexual Assault, promoting a safe space for discussing sexual assault experiences. Ajay holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies from Temple University.
