Erika Panico

Erika Panico currently serves as the Head of Legal & Operations and Vice President at WndrCo, a company dedicated to both building and investing in startups since July 2021. Previously, Erika was an Associate at Cooley LLP from May 2017 to July 2021, where experience included two summer internships. Erika also contributed to the growth of Andreessen Horowitz as a Partner in Market Development from September 2014 to July 2016 and served as the Member Experience Manager at Grouper from March 2013 to May 2014. Erika holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Harvard Law School, a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Communication and Media Studies from Stanford University, and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in International Relations from Stanford University.
