Raffaelle Breaks

Raffaelle Breaks serves as the Chief Product and Design Officer at WNS since April 2025, leading product and design initiatives. Prior to this role, Raffaelle was the Chief Product and Technology Officer at Unite Us from April 2022 to March 2025, where responsibility included overseeing the product, technology, and data teams while setting the direction for the Unite Us product ecosystem. Raffaelle also held several leadership positions at American Express from 1999 to 2022, culminating as Senior Vice President of Product and Design, directing the product management and design for the AmEx Mobile App and website globally. Raffaelle earned a BA Hons in European Economics from Nottingham Trent University between 1994 and 1998.
