Milena Nikolova is a seasoned venture capital professional and advocate for sustainability and financial inclusion. Currently serving as a Partner at Antares Ventures and a Member of the Board of Trustees for the Clean Air Fund, Milena focuses on transformative deep-tech ventures and clean air initiatives. In addition to roles in Singapore Venture & Private Capital Association and Gojo & Company, Inc., Milena is an Advisor and Venture Partner at Antler and Co-Founder of Therion Advisers, assisting entrepreneurs in achieving disruptive visions. With prior experience as a Partner at Aera VC and an active Angel Investor, Milena combines extensive expertise in strategy, fundraising, and innovative technologies. Educational credentials include an MSc in International Accounting & Finance from The London School of Economics and a CFA Charterholder designation.
