Patrick Rice has over three decades of experience in software engineering and release management. Currently, Patrick serves as the Manager of Release Engineering at Wolfram, a position held since June 1991, where previous responsibilities included serving as a Senior Release Engineer. Before joining Wolfram, Patrick worked as a Programmer at Washington National Insurance Corp. and Computer Teaching Corp., with experience in display driver development for TenCORE. Earlier in Patrick's career, time was spent as a Programmer at Northrop Grumman, focusing primarily on FORTRAN and some Jovial programming. A graduate of the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, Patrick completed studies there from 1980 to 1984.
