Chad O'Neal

Chad O'Neal has a strong background in process engineering and development. Chad most recently worked at Wolfspeed as a Principal Process Development Engineer and previously held roles as Sr. Process Engineering Manager and Process Engineering Manager at the same company. Prior to this, Chad was a Senior Staff Engineer and Senior Research Engineer at APEI. Chad also played a key role as a Founding Member at Arkansas Academy Material Science and Engineering. Chad's earlier career includes positions as a Max Watson Sr. Professor at Louisiana Tech University and as President/ CEO at SYSCONN Corporation.

Chad O'Neal earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Arkansas in 1998. Chad went on to obtain a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Mechanical Engineering from the same university in 2000. In 2004, Chad completed their education with a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Microelectronics-Photonics from the University of Arkansas. In addition to their academic achievements, Chad O'Neal obtained a certification in "Implementing APQP, Control Plan and PPAP" from AIAG - Automotive Industry Action Group, though the specific date is not specified.
