Gabe Rizer

Gabe Rizer is an experienced engineering and sales professional currently serving as the Director of Global Automotive Field Application Engineering at Wolfspeed since January 2023. Prior to this role, Gabe spent over 22 years at Intel Corporation, where responsibilities included Senior Field Sales Engineer and Regional Sales Manager, focusing on significant OEM partnerships for design-in of Intel FPGAs and Enpirion Power SoCs across the Ohio, Western Pennsylvania, Indiana, Northern Kentucky, and Michigan markets. Gabe also held positions at Altera as a Senior Field Sales Engineer and at Pioneer Electronics as a Field Application Engineer. Gabe's early career included a role as Design Engineer and Engineering Manager at Telxon Corp, overseeing the design of battery-powered portable devices and related technologies. Gabe holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from The University of Akron.
