Elizabeth Kurian Adeoye

Elizabeth Kurian Adeoye serves as the Global Head of Strategy & Corporate Development for the TAA Division at Wolters Kluwer since July 2023, focusing on growth and transformation within the global Tax & Accounting portfolio. As the President and Founder of Eade & Company, LLC since August 2011, Elizabeth has provided strategic advisory and transformation leadership across various engagements, including product development for Fortune 100 companies and acquisition strategies for Fortune 500 clients. Previous roles include Chief Strategy Officer at Mindr, where Elizabeth enhanced safety technologies, and Principal at Business Talent Group, driving growth and partnership initiatives. Elizabeth has also held senior strategy positions at Citi and American Capital, with early career experience in management consulting and investing at notable firms such as Merrill Lynch and PwC. Elizabeth holds an MBA in Finance and Entrepreneurship from The Wharton School and a BA in Economics from Duke University.
