Vivi Lin

Vivi Lin is an accomplished founder and CEO of With Red, a pioneering non-profit organization in Taiwan advocating for Period Equity, Period Poverty, and reducing stigma, positively impacting millions since 2019. In addition to this role, Vivi serves as a Youth Advisor for the Executive Yuan and the Social Enterprise World Forum, and holds board membership at the Society for Menstrual Cycle Research. Vivi's past positions include Gender Equality Advisor at the Ministry of Culture Taiwan and Editor in Chief at UDN's innovative social unit, 'The Advocates.' As a columnist for Crossing and udn.com, Vivi addresses various social issues, while also founding the Taiwan Public Affairs and Social Engagement Association to promote awareness of public affairs among Taiwanese youth. Currently pursuing a Master of Public Policy at the University of Oxford, Vivi's academic background includes a Bachelor of Science in Infectious Diseases from The University of Edinburgh and the International Baccalaureate from UWC Maastricht.
