Women Empowering Defence

Women Empowering Defence was founded for all those that work in the Defence and Security Sector. Our aim is to actively break stereotypes and challenge biases by highlighting diverse achievements of women across various fields. Our ambition is to break down societal barriers and encourage a more inclusive and accepting attitude towards women's capabilities and contributions. By showcasing their achievements, we aim to spark discussions, providing inspiration to all grades and levels of members, allowing them to share knowledge, ideas and contribute towards aspirations for change to be developed for the future workforce. By allowing individuals a platform to celebrate their achievements and success we not only provide a morale boost and increased sense of worth to the individual, but also provide an example and inspiration to the community. By actively showcasing women's achievements, we promote diversity and inclusion in the wider community and within our network. This encourages other organisations and community groups to follow suit, fostering a culture of inclusivity and equal opportunities for women in various domains. Sign up, completely free, today ⬇️
