Pam Parker

As Head of Bill Payment Solutions for Fiserv, Inc., Pam Parker leads the bill payment businesses to deliver innovative solutions and enhanced consumer experiences for corporate and government clients and financial institutions. Pam’s prior leadership roles with the company included the turnarounds of merchant services businesses by driving revenue and profit growth and improvements in the client experience. Prior to Fiserv, Pam served as Chief Operating Officer of RegEd, Inc., the leading compliance management solution provider to enterprise financial services firms, and a private equity portfolio company. Pam’s previous experiences included Managing Director roles leading product and platform management and client experience at Smith Barney and J.P. Morgan. Pam holds an M.B.A. in Finance from New York University and a B.A. in Economics and Japanese Studies from the University of Rochester.
