Reut Lazo is a seasoned leader in technology and innovation, currently serving as Co-CEO and Co-Founder of Women X AI (WXAI) since February 2025, where a shared vision empowers women in tech. In addition, Reut is a Responsible AI Entrepreneur and Board Member at AI 2030, focusing on responsible AI solutions. As a Deal Partner at Ganas Ventures, Reut invests in early-stage community-driven startups in the US and Latin America. Previously, Reut founded Women And AI to enhance women's roles in artificial intelligence and held significant product management positions at companies like Akili, Together Labs, Inner Cosmos, and Meta Co. Reut's career began with roles in internal auditing, showcasing a diverse skill set rooted in compliance and efficiency. Educational background includes two Master’s degrees from Bar-Ilan University in Internal Audit and Public Administration.
