Nadya Kuzmina has worked in the software engineering field since 1999. Nadya began their career as a Java Programmer at Povolzky Regional Center of New Information Technologies in 1999. From 2003 to 2008, they worked as a Part-time Programmer at Logical Information Machines (LIM). During this time, they integrated SOAP web services API calls into the legacy market information system (C/C++), and developed a stock screener to support horizontal queries (Java). From 2008 to 2010, they worked as a Consultant at Snowfly, where they were involved in primary system development for the first half of 2008. From 2010 to 2013, they worked as a Lead Developer at Happy Jack Software, where they developed distributed locks for data writes using Apache ZooKeeper. Finally, from 2013 to 2015, they worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Marin Software, where they designed and developed high-performance Solr-based search for a low latency customer experience.
Nadya Kuzmina has a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Computer Science from the University of Wyoming, which they obtained between 2002 and 2009. Nadya also holds a Master of Science (M.S.) in Applied Mathematics and Computer Science from Saratov State University named after N.G.Chernyshevsky, which they obtained between 1996 and 2002. Additionally, they have an Associate of Arts and Sciences (A.A.S.) from Cottey College, which they obtained between 1997 and 1998.
