Maria Headley is an experienced People Leader and talent acquisition specialist with a diverse background in recruiting and team management. Currently serving at Wonder since January 2020, Maria focuses on enhancing company culture and team growth. Maria has held various leadership roles, including Associate Director of Talent Acquisition Programs & Operations and Senior Manager of Recruiting at Pillow & Oats Brewing, and has co-founded Care/of where significant improvements were made in recruitment processes and candidate experience.
