Rachael Caine

Rachael Caine is an accomplished marketing professional currently serving as the Head of Local Marketing and Partnerships at Wonder since October 2024. Prior to this role, Rachael held various positions at Shake Shack from February 2018 to October 2024, advancing from Marketing Manager - Pacific to Senior Regional Marketing Manager and ultimately becoming the Director of Regional Marketing. Rachael's experience also includes the role of Regional Brand Manager at CAVA from August 2015 to November 2017 and serving as the Marketing Strategist and Enterprise Sales Lead at NationBuilder from January 2016 to September 2016. Rachael began a career in marketing at Kiva as the Internship Program Manager from January 2010 to January 2015. Rachael holds a degree from Skidmore College and has an educational background from Oakwood School.
