Tonya Lucas

Tonya Lucas is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in data analysis and human resources, currently serving as a Consultant III at Wonderlic since October 2022. Prior to this role, Tonya spent three years as a Senior Analyst at Press Ganey, where expertise in manipulating complex data sets and managing multi-stage project rollouts was demonstrated, along with mentorship and process improvement initiatives. Previous positions include Advisory Analyst at Press Ganey, Global Talent Management roles at Allegis Global Solutions, and various recruitment and HR responsibilities at Premier Members Credit Union. Tonya holds a Master of Arts in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and dual bachelor's degrees in Psychology and Dance from Appalachian State University.
