Steve Custenborder Jr. is an experienced attorney specializing in estate planning, tax law, and asset protection, currently practicing at Wood + Lamping LLP since December 2021. Prior to this role, Steve operated Custenborder Law Firm, LLC, where Steve focused on simplifying estate planning for clients. Steve also served as a Legacy Planning Advisor at Wealthquest and worked as an Associate Attorney at Beckman Weil Shepardson LLC, drafting and negotiating various transactional documents and performing real estate closings. Earlier legal experience includes positions as a Legal Clerk at the United States Attorneys' Offices and a Summer Associate at Sebaly Shillito + Dyer. Steve holds a Juris Doctor degree from Emory University School of Law and a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and Government from The Ohio State University.
