Lavita Mascarenhas has extensive experience in the field of education, currently serving as the Head of Section for Grades 9 to 11 and Head of the English Department at Woodlem Park Schools since April 2021. Prior to this role, Lavita held the position of English Teacher at Bilva Indian School from September 2020 to March 2021 and served as Head of Section at Ryan International Group of Institutions from November 2018 to March 2020, where responsibilities included managing staff for Grades 5 to 7 and teaching English and History for Grades 9 and 10. Additionally, Lavita was an English Teacher at St Xavier’s Group of Schools from June 2017 to October 2018, focusing on Grades 8 to 10. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Education from SNDT Women's University and a Master of Commerce as well as a Bachelor of Commerce, both from St. Andrew's College of Arts, Science and Commerce.
