Lance Mayers

Lance Mayers has over three decades of experience in management and sales, currently serving as Regional Director and Recruiting Sales Manager at WoodmenLife since February 1991. In this role, Lance Mayers is responsible for recruiting, training, and supporting top-level sales representatives. Prior to joining WoodmenLife, Lance Mayers worked at C. J. Gayfers from September 1970 to February 1991, starting as a stock boy and advancing to positions including Manager-Trainee, Department Manager, and Buyer/Sales Manager. In 1983, Lance Mayers opened a free-standing home furnishing store specializing in upscale design and accessories. Academically, Lance Mayers holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of South Alabama, earned between 1971 and 1976.
