Dave Sproule

Dave Sproule currently serves as the Head of Employee & Industrial Relations at Woodside Energy since July 2022. Prior to this role, Sproule was the Industrial Relations Manager for APAC at Clough from May 2021 to July 2022 and held various positions at Woodside Energy, including General Manager of Employee Relations and Remuneration and General Manager of LNG & Oil Shipping. Earlier career experience includes roles at BHP Billiton as Employee Relations Manager and Human Resources Superintendent, and as an Industrial Advocate at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Western Australia, as well as an Industrial Inspector at the Department of Labour Relations. Dave Sproule holds a Bachelor's Degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences from The University of Western Australia.
